Valentin Georgiev Bambalov
Assistant professor at the Agricultural University in Plovdiv

Born in 1964 in Plovdiv. Valentin Bambavov graduated the High Institute for Food, Wine and Tobacco Industries, subject "Technology of wine and fortified drinks" in 1989.
He has been working at the Agricultural University - Plovdiv - since 1992 until nowadays as assistant professor, senior assistant and general assistant. He gives a lecture course and a course of "exercises" "The bases of wine production" with the students by the Vine faculty. He manages an experimental wine cellar in the Vine

faculty. He has specialized in Greece according to the Tempus project in Germany and Greece. He
has managed a project financed by the National Fund for Scientific Researches.
Valentin has 13 scientific publications in the field of phenol structure of wine and also the connection between the grapes and the quality of wines produced.

Krassimir Georgiev Bambalov
Research associate in the National Institute for Wine and Alcoholic drinks research in Sofia

Krassimir Bambalov graduated the High Institute for Wine, Food and Tobaccos Industries, subject "Technology of wines and fortified drinks" in 1985. The same year he started practicing as an engineer - technologist in the Wine factory in Stara Zagora He has been working as a research associate at the National Institute for Research of Wine and Fortified drinks, section "Technology of wine" since 1987.
Until now he has already 25 scientific publications on the structure of wine, its

production, fermentation and filtration of wines. He has managed 3 scientific projects and has participated in the bilateral cooperation with Germany and Hungary. He has been working as a part-time lecturer at the High Institute of Wine, Food and Tobaccos in Plovdiv, faculty 'Technology of Wine and Beer" where he has led the course of exercises on the "Enology" and "Technology of the special wines" subject since 2000.

Georgi Krastev Bambalov
Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences, High Institute of Wine, Food and Tobacco Industries

Georgi Bambalov graduated the High Institute of Wine, Food and Tobacco Industries in Plovdiv, subject 'Technology of wine", in 1957. In the same year he started working as engineer - technologist at the Wine factory "Dimyat" in Varna. In 1960 he was appointed to work as assistant professor at the Faculty of "Technology of wine" at the High Institute of Wine, Food and Tobacco Industries in Plovdiv. Further he became associate professor and professor. He used to give many lectures on the

subjects "Microbiology of wine" and "Enology". He has defended a thesis on the problems of the apple-milk acidity fermentation. The scientific degree "Doctor of technical sciences" professor Bambalov received for his researches in the area of the wine microbiology - selection of yeast and conducting the alcohol fermentation. He has more than 120 publications in the area of the high technology and microbiology.
